This project was all bout access and making it easier to move around the property. A series of walls and steps were needed to traverse the significant grade changes from building to water.

This garden filters and infiltrates all the rainwater from the roofs and driveway. It is planted with NY natives plants selected for birds and butterflies.

Plantings, boulders and lighting was used to accent a beautiful feature wall and create a eye catching entry.

Ongoing maintenance consultation was provided to upgrade and revitalize an existing garden. Plants were added for seasonality, color contrast, habitat and culinary uses.

Several outdoor entertaining spaces were added to this cottage including this patio, the perfect place to enjoy the evening and apprecaite the view.

The goal was to transform an inaccessible beach into a gathering and entertaining space.
